Charles W. Gray Jr. graduated from the University of Colorado- Boulder with a degree in political science.
He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Gray has
represented clients in over 150 different courts in four states. Mr. Gray focuses his practice in the
areas of family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Gray has extensive experience
in handling structured settlement transfers under RSMo section 407.1060 et seq. In 2007 Mr. Gray became
a member of The Sokolove Law Firm, a national law firm with attorney members across the nation.
He is described by his colleagues as professional, hard-working, and ambitious.

Rachel S. Gray
Rachel S. Gray graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia in 1998 with a B.A. in Psychology.
She earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2001 from the University of Missouri-Columbia and became one
of the youngest licensed attorneys in the state. She co-founded The Gray Law Firm with her husband,
Charles Gray, in 2002.
Colleagues and clients would describe Mrs. Gray as intelligent, professional, honest, and compassionate.
She specializes in family law issues and estate planning. She writes many of the pleadings for the firm
and negotiates many of the settlements. Mrs. Gray also acts as the business manager of the firm.

Matthew R. Miller
 |
Matthew R. Miller graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science
in Public Policy. In 2009 he earned his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg,
Virginia. Mr. Miller Joined the Gray Law Firm in 2010 as an associate and currently serves as the firm's
Head of Market Research and Development.
Outside of the firm, Mr. Miller is a devoted husband to his wife Nicole and he also helps manage his
family's cattle business in North Central Missouri.

Stephen C. Ludwinski
Stephen C. Ludwinski is a magna cum laude graduate of Saint Louis University. Washington University conferred its
Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis,
and is enrolled in the Federal District Court for Eastern Missouri. Mr. Ludwinski has extensive experience in probate,
trust, guardianship, and conservatorship law. He served as a member of the St. Louis Probate Court legal staff.
He has engaged in the private practice of law in St. Louis, with a general civil practice with an emphasis on
estates & trusts, tax law, restitution in equity, and real property law. He has also served as a trust officer
for First Banks, Inc.'s Wealth Management Group. Presently, Mr. Ludwinski is of counsel to the Gray Law Firm.
He is available for consultation on civil cases, estate plans, and trust law in Missouri and Federal Courts.

Charla Harbour - Office Manager

Charla Harbour joined The Gray Law Firm as the Office Manager in February, 2010. She was previously
employed as the Family Court Coordinator with the St. Charles County Family Court where she managed
the Unified Family Court pilot project. She has also worked as the Alternative Dispute Resolution
Specialist for the 45th Circuit Court where she specialized in mediation and restorative justice programs.
Charla has a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with the emphasis in Criminal Justice from
Hannibal-LaGrange College.

Catie Gravagna - Legal Assistant
Catie Gravagna has been with The Gray Law Firm since March 2008, when she began as a Receptionist,
and has since worked her way up to a Legal Assistant position. The Firm relies upon Ms. Gravagna for
the groundwork in traffic and criminal files, as well as preparing much of the discovery for all of the
firm's cases. She is currently attending courses to attain her paralegal certificate. Ms. Gravagna also
heads the planning for the annual Pub Crawl to benefit the charity Autism Speaks, sponsored by The Gray Law Firm.
