Speeding (304.009, 304.010)
Exceeding the posted speed limit between 6 and 20 miles per hour is a
class C misdemeanor. Over 20 miles per hour over the speed limit is
a class B misdemeanor. Five miles per hour or fewer over the posted
speed limit is an infraction.
